Richard Peristere is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both governmental and consulting roles. As the Founder of Arbella Consulting since October 2023, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge gained from previous positions at the Central Intelligence Agency, where Richard served as Unit Lead and held various senior executive roles from October 2005 to March 2013. Additionally, Richard has been an Advisory Board member at RaySecur Inc. since November 2023 and served as Managing Partner at Sentinel from January 2024 to September 2024. Richard's experience also includes legislative work as a Legislative Aide to Representative Douglas Stoddart in the Massachusetts House of Representatives from June 1997 to August 1998, and a significant tenure at the U.S. Department of State from August 2019 to August 2022 as a Senior Executive and Foreign Service Officer.
