Riley Simmington is a researcher currently studying Social Sciences at Sciences Po. With experience leading organizational change and personal development initiatives internationally, Riley has contributed to projects across France and the United States. Notably, as a Summer Fellow at the University of Michigan, they served as a Positive Change Agent, providing consultation to management on best practices for onboarding.
