Riya Marwah

Riya Marwah is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Google Ads since February 2021. Prior to this role, Riya held the position of Vice President of Engineering at XPO Logistics, where innovative technology solutions were developed to disrupt the LTL Logistics industry. Riya's earlier experience at The Walt Disney Company encompassed various roles, including Senior Director of Software Engineering and Director of Software Engineering, focusing on digital transformation and technology modernization across multiple Disney brands. Additional roles at ESPN and involvement in ecommerce at Big Fish Games and Classmates.com further highlight Riya's extensive background in software engineering and product development. Riya Marwah holds an MBA from UW Foster School of Business and degrees in Program Management and Computer Science from the University of Washington and University of Mumbai, respectively.
