Sarah Hill

Sarah Hill is a first-year student in the MBA program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they pursue concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, and Behavioral Science. They are an active member of various student groups, including the Booth Technology Group and the Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital club. Previously, Sarah worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Groupon, where they built financial models to manage a significant global vendor spend and implemented solutions for data accuracy. They also have experience as a consultant at IBM, focusing on organizational change management and transformation initiatives, as well as a founding member of The Octopus Movement since 2025. Additionally, Sarah holds a B.S. in Accounting and Management from Fordham University.
