Sarah Simmons

Sarah Simmons is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, organizational development, and talent management. Starting as the Director of Human Resources at Youth Music Education Foundation, Sarah successfully established the HR department and led campus recruitment efforts. Subsequent roles included an HR Leadership Development Program Intern at Travelers, a Recruitment Intern at Park Nicollet Health Services, and a Human Resources Manager at ITW, where Sarah developed a University Relations strategy that significantly increased diversity hiring. Currently, as a People Consultant at Google, Sarah provides strategic HR business partnership while leveraging a strong educational background in Music, Human Resources, and Business Administration from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and Loyola University Chicago.
