Sarit Marciano

Sarit Marciano has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, beginning as a Recruiter and Marketing and Account Manager at Hever ITR from 2006 to 2009, where responsibilities included recruitment for software, IT, and customer-facing positions. Subsequently, Sarit served as a Recruitment Specialist at LivePerson from 2009 until February 2012, leading the full recruitment cycle and advising on job definitions while addressing employee issues. From February 2015 to May 2020, Sarit held multiple roles at Google, including HR Manager for the R&D Center and HR Business Partner, and currently serves as the Country HR Lead for Google Israel since May 2020. Sarit holds an MBA from The College of Management and a BA in Middle East Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
