Sayan Das

Sayan Das possesses extensive experience in electrical and electronics engineering, with a focus on microelectronics and RF circuit design. Sayan worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University from August 2016 to August 2017, supporting the undergraduate Microelectronics class. Following this, Sayan served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from September 2017 to November 2023, where research concentrated on nanoscale MOSFETs and the Fano factor, accompanied by experience in designing cryo-CMOS low noise amplifiers. In addition, Sayan interned at Google from August 2022 to December 2022, focusing on low noise current sources and hybrid LDOs. Sayan's early career includes a role as a Design Engineer at Bit Mapper Integration Technologies Pvt. Ltd, specializing in RF and analog circuit design. Sayan holds a Master of Technology in RF and Microwave from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Jadavpur University.
