Shakira Nti possesses extensive experience in financial management and accounting, demonstrated through various roles in multiple organizations. As Controller at Makani Power, Inc. from November 2011 to May 2013, Shakira was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, internal audits, and managing equity and employee stock option programs. Prior to this, Shakira held positions including Accounting Manager and Staff Accountant at Makani Power, as well as Staff Accountant at Volsan Financial, where tasks included accounts payable and receivable, financial statement preparation, and budget creation.
