Shane McGuckin

Shane McGuckin has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in sales strategy, operations, and property management. At Google and Pointy from Google, Shane held the positions of Sales Strategy and Operations Lead, as well as Outsourced Sales Manager and Business Development Executive. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Pillar Fair Estates s.r.o., where Shane co-owned a property management company overseeing multiple properties and financial operations. At Microsoft, Shane led a multicultural team within the Worldwide Enterprise Partner Group to enhance sales insights and operational processes. Additionally, Shane worked as a Guidance Counselor at Jesus and Mary College, providing educational and emotional support to students. Shane holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Career Guidance and Counselling from University College Cork and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Management from Mercyhurst University.
