Sharbani Pandit

Sharbani Pandit is a data scientist currently employed at Google since August 2024, following a tenure as an applied scientist at Amazon from November 2021 to April 2023, where expertise in fraud detection and machine learning model development was applied. Sharbani gained initial experience as a data science intern at Pindrop and AT&T, focusing on NLP techniques and predictive modeling. Additionally, Sharbani contributed as a graduate research assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, developing a virtual assistant to block robocalls and conducting real-time analysis of phone call recordings. Early career experience includes serving as a lecturer at Daffodil International University and a research assistant at the Green Networking Research Group, University of Dhaka. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Dhaka and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
