Shelby Talia is an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for Software Engineering roles across various product areas at Google since October 2018. Shelby has transitioned into an individual contributor role after serving as a Sourcing Lead, where management of a team of up to 15 Technical Sourcers was a key responsibility.
