Shivam Khazanchi

Shivam Khazanchi currently serves as a People Consultant for the APAC region at Google, beginning in July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Manager HR at Clifford Chance from August 2022 to July 2024, where Shivam supported IT and Global Business Support teams in India, collaborating with business leaders to provide HR advisory services. Previously, at Deloitte India, from June 2019 to September 2022, Shivam functioned as an HR Business Partner, specializing in data analysis related to workforce trends and implementing a Data Analytics platform. Earlier experience also includes a Senior Officer role in HR at GAIL (India) Limited, where Shivam managed performance processes and led HR digitization projects, as well as an HR internship at Apollo Hospitals focused on human capital optimization and employee engagement. Shivam holds an MBA in Human Resource from Xavier Institute of Management, completed in 2016.
