Sinéad McClintock is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in strategic partnership and employee development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Google since January 2022, Sinéad contributes to the EMEA People Consultant team, providing tailored consultations on various employee lifecycle topics across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Sinéad worked at Mitie as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting strategic initiatives for Landscape Maintenance and Waste Management Business Units. Sinéad also gained experience at Anglo American and BHP, holding multiple HR-related positions that span from HR Graduate to Global HR Transformation Specialist. In January 2025, Sinéad will transition to a role as People Operations Project Manager at Google DeepMind.
