Sonal Sawhney

Sonal Sawhney is an accomplished technology leader who is currently the Engineering Leader at Google, where they focus on building inclusive and engaged teams dedicated to scalable products and solutions. Prior to this, Sonal held various senior positions at Microsoft from 2014 to 2016, including Senior Development Lead and Principal Software Engineering Manager, where they managed large engineering teams and complex product portfolios. Sonal earned a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a B.Sc in Computer Science from Banasthali Vidyapith. With a passion for coaching, Sonal is committed to fostering diverse talent and driving professional growth within their teams.
