Rafael Ruffo

Rafael Ruffo, P.E. has extensive experience in rail/transit engineering, serving in various roles such as VP, Rail/Transit Engineering Chief at STV and Acting VP & Chief Engineer at NEW YORK CITY TRANSIT. With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University, Rafael has expertise in overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing design of rail systems, and setting design delivery standards for engineering/architecture disciplines. Throughout their career, Rafael has led projects related to communication systems, signaling systems, and various complex engineering projects.
