Sophia Chen

Sophia Chen has extensive experience in supply chain and demand planning, having worked for prominent companies such as Blackmores, Apple, Microsoft, and Google. Starting as a Product Specialist at Blackmores, Sophia managed supply chain operations for over 20 SKUs. At Apple, roles included Senior Supply Demand Planner and Global Supply Manager, focusing on APAC market operations and supplier management during significant challenges like the Covid-19 lockdown. As a Demand Planning Manager at Microsoft, Sophia oversaw demand forecasting for over 600 SKUs, achieving an in-store percentage greater than 98%. Currently, Sophia serves as Reverse Logistics Planning Lead at Google. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Quantitative Finance and a BA in Foreign Languages and Literature from National Tsing Hua University, along with a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Warwick, where graduation was achieved with Merit.
