Sounak Sarkar

Sounak Sarkar is an accomplished product and growth leader with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. As a founding team member at Spotlight, Sounak grew the customer base to over 40 enterprises while developing an AI-powered cross-border payments product, leading the design of the MVP's UI/UX, and conducting market research. At Paytm, Sounak implemented AI/ML strategies that significantly enhanced user segmentation and improved conversion rates. In a recent role as Senior Product Manager at Haptik, Sounak integrated Generative AI into the tech architecture for sales automation and enhanced AI agent performance. Sounak also served as Senior Product Manager II at Onsurity, focusing on expanding the health and wellness product suite, and has earlier roles at the National Stock Exchange of India dealing with regulatory compliance and in-house counsel. Sounak holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.A. LL.B. from the National Law School of India University.
