Stan Chesnutt

Stan Chesnutt has extensive experience in software engineering and management, with a career spanning several notable companies. As the Director of Software Engineering at Trapeze Networks, Inc., Stan was instrumental in the initial design of a wireless access point and led a team of developers to successfully complete the project. Previously, at Redback Networks, Inc., Stan developed a systems-management platform for the 'SMS' product line, leveraging technology acquired from another company. At Attain, Inc., Stan achieved the goal of developing a kernel for an embedded operating system. Stan co-founded Jive Technology, serving as VP Engineering, and has been with Google since 2006, currently focused on software development in the Android team. Additionally, Stan held the position of Engineering Manager at Adobe Systems, where work included developing PostScript printers and debugging emulator technology. Stan obtained a degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette between 1980 and 1985.
