Stella Coker

Stella Coker is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and human capital strategy. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations Lead at Google Cloud since November 2020, Stella previously held the position of Vice President of People Operations at Sumo Logic, where responsibilities included overseeing HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Learning and Development, and Diversity and Inclusion. Stella has also worked at Visa as Vice President HR, Technology, leading global HRBP efforts for a substantial employee base, and contributed significantly to Juniper Networks as Vice President of People & Culture during its high-growth years. Early career experience includes HR roles at 3Com, with a foundational education in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Kingston University and De Montfort University. Stella's qualifications are further complemented by an OD Certificate from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
