Stephanie Cotter

Stephanie Cotter is an Executive Recruiter and Portfolio Lead in Ads, Consumer & Cloud Marketing at Google, where they have worked since 2019. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Search Consultant in Financial Services and Private Equity at Russell Reynolds Associates from 2015 to 2019. Stephanie was also the Director of the Business Development Group at UBS from 2007 to 2014, and held the position of Senior Acquisitions Associate at Heritage Golf Group from 2003 to 2005. They began their career at Heidrick & Struggles as a staff member from 1999 to 2003 and contributed to the Young Women's Council at High Water Women Foundation from 2014 to 2015. Stephanie holds a degree from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where they studied from 2005 to 2007.
