Steve Grass

Steve Grass, MBA, has extensive experience in facility operations and management, having served as Regional Director for North America Facilities Operations at Johnson & Johnson from February 2005 to May 2017. Following that, Steve held the position of Vice President and Global Operations Director at JLL from May 2017 to March 2020, overseeing integrated facility management services for a biotech client across multiple locations. Currently, since March 2020, Steve functions as the Head of Workplace Services at Google, where responsibilities include transitioning sustainable campuses Bay View and Charleston East to operations. Steve's educational background includes an MBA from Villanova University and a BS from the University of Pittsburgh.
