Steve Hale has extensive experience in human resources and business consulting, having held key roles across multiple organizations. At Redback Networks, Steve served as HR Director, leading HR operations and scaling the workforce significantly. As Owner and Principal Consultant at Global Workforce Consulting, Steve advised clients on employee engagement and retention strategies, particularly in the China market. Steve continued to excel as Senior Business Leader at Visa, overseeing post-merger integrations within the eCommerce sector and as Director of HR at Cisco Systems, where strategic human capital analytics were prioritized. In recent roles, Steve has been involved in talent management at Calix and currently manages the Reporting and Insights Team at Google, focusing on people analytics. Steve holds an MA in Comparative Politics from Stanford University and certifications in global human capital management.
