Sumedha Chakraborty

Sumedha Chakraborty is the Country Head for India and South Asia at Google Workspace, where a major achievement includes tripling the business with a CAGR of approximately 35% year-on-year since April 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Partner at IBM, leading strategic transformations for banking and insurance clients, and managing P&L for key accounts. At Microsoft, Sumedha held director roles overseeing revenue growth in enterprise banking accounts and facilitating digital transformation for major banks in India. Additional roles include managing strategy projects at Highmark and serving as a senior consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, where significant projects spanned multiple countries and industries. Sumedha holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, with ongoing executive leadership development at The Google School for Leaders.
