Susan Simon Daniels

Susan Simon Daniels is a UX Researcher who utilizes numbers and narratives to enhance user experiences. With a Master's degree in Language and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo, they have led teams across various organizations, including Oracle and Shopify, focusing on customer needs and innovative design solutions. Currently, Susan works as a Staff UX Researcher at Google and serves as Contract Teaching Faculty at Wilfrid Laurier University, sharing knowledge with students in the Bachelor of Design program. A certified usability analyst, Susan is committed to ongoing professional development and has a history of mentoring and leading teams within Agile frameworks.
