Syrian Serrano

Syrian Serrano has extensive experience in customer service and technical support roles. Beginning as a Technical Support Specialist at both Alorica and AT&T from January 2017 to September 2018, Syrian transitioned to a Customer Service Representative and Advisor at Google and Google Play in July 2019, where responsibilities include assisting customers with pre-sales inquiries and managing product orders and returns. Since March 2024, Syrian has been working as an Introducer Broker at VT Markets. Syrian holds a degree in Operations Management from Far Eastern University, completed between 2014 and 2017.
