Tanmay Singh

Tanmay Singh is a skilled software engineer with significant experience in developing and optimizing data processing systems. At TIAA, Tanmay orchestrated the onboarding of major datasets through scalable ETL pipelines in Python and implemented an automated W9 tax form validation system, greatly enhancing efficiency. In subsequent roles at Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies, a large-scale A/B test was executed to validate improvements in vehicle telematic data processing. As a resident advisor at San Jose State University, Tanmay mentored over 60 residents, promoting inclusivity and safety within the community. An internship at Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology allowed for the development of a Mask R-CNN model that significantly improved entity identification in floor plans. Further experience includes predictive analytics and data pipeline automation at Western Digital, as well as a current position as a Software Engineer III at Google. Tanmay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Data Science from San Jose State University.
