Tarun Massand

Tarun Massand is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and business consulting, having held various roles across multiple prestigious organizations. With internships at Oriental Bank of Commerce, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, VMIT Educational Trust, Tata AIG Life Insurance, Asian Paints, Sanofi, and Nokia, Tarun laid the groundwork in HR practices. Tarun's significant tenure at ITC Limited involved serving as Regional Sales HR Manager for the North, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end HR operations for over 800 employees, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Currently, Tarun holds multiple titles at Google, including People Consultant Business Partner for Cloud APAC, providing strategic consultation on complex HR matters.
