Tejas Deshpande

Tejas Deshpande is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in industrial and program management. Initially serving as an Industrial Engineer at Cummins Inc. from September 2014 to February 2017, Tejas developed simulation models to enhance manufacturing processes, achieving a 25% improvement in line throughput, and utilized data analysis tools like SQL and Tableau for inventory optimization. Following this, Tejas held various roles at Amazon, first as a Senior Program Manager and then as a Senior Product Manager Technical, leading teams focused on supply chain and capacity planning for the cloud business, enhancing planning systems through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Earlier experience includes a manufacturing engineer position at Sansera Engineering Pvt Ltd, where Tejas employed root cause analysis and statistical process control to improve product quality and efficiency.
