Thejasvi Vijayaraj

Thejasvi Vijayaraj is a highly experienced professional in machine learning hardware architecture, currently employed at Google as a Machine Learning Hardware Architect since March 2024. Prior to this role, Thejasvi worked as a Performance Architect at Rivos Inc. from October 2021 to March 2024, and held a position as a Computer Architect for ML Accelerators at Google from August 2018 to October 2021, where contributions included co-designing ML accelerator architecture and optimizing distributed embeddings training. Thejasvi's earlier experience at Apple included roles as a Platform Architect and SOC Performance Architect, where responsibilities encompassed leading the quality of service and memory controller architecture, as well as defining efficient memory controller architectures for Apple’s Bionic SoCs.
