Tom Woodward is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in speechwriting and strategic communications. From June 2017 to April 2019, Tom served as a Speechwriter to the Premier of New South Wales, where Tom articulated the government's vision for a state of 8.5 million residents. Following this role, Tom worked as a Freelance Speechwriter for various leaders across media, politics, infrastructure, and the arts in April to August 2019. Tom's prior experience includes managing CEO and financial communications for Qantas from December 2009 to June 2017 during a significant transformation period for the airline. Since August 2019, Tom has been focused on Executive Communications at Google, developing strategic narratives for senior leaders, particularly in the context of the AI era. Tom holds an MA in History and a BA in English and History from Lancaster University.
