Tomás Coyne

Tomás Coyne is an experienced professional currently serving as the Go-to-Market Leader for Conversational & Contact Center AI at Google since January 2023. In this role, Tomás collaborates with internal sales and product teams to promote Google Cloud's AI/ML capabilities to customers, developing innovative cloud solutions and value cases for successful transformations. Prior to joining Google, Tomás held various positions at Accenture from March 2011 to December 2013, including Analyst, Manager, and Director. Earlier experience includes serving as a Client Services Consultant at SAP in 2007 and as a Project Manager at BNY Mellon in 2008. Tomás holds a Master's Degree from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor's Degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway, alongside a Professional Diploma from the Digital Marketing Institute.
