Vanessa Barragan has extensive experience in recruitment, having held positions at several prestigious companies. Starting as a Junior Recruiter at DHL from March 2016 to January 2018, Vanessa transitioned to Microsoft as a Professional Recruiter, where responsibilities included interviewing and securing offers for candidates in senior tech roles, from January 2018 to July 2019. Subsequently, Vanessa worked as a Technical Recruiter at Globant from July 2019 to February 2021, focusing on sourcing candidates for tech roles globally and building strong networks with stakeholders. Currently, Vanessa serves as a Senior Recruiter at Google, beginning in February 2021, with a track record of placing over 100 candidates in major companies, including many remote positions based in the Bay Area.
