Varsha Poddar

Varsha Poddar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in category merchandising, e-commerce, and marketing strategy. Varsha began a career at Wipro as a Marketing Intern, followed by a role as Category Merchandising Manager at ShopClues, managing category P&L. Varsha then served as a Senior Category Merchandising Manager for Toys & Baby Care, Books & Daily Needs at Uptownie, focusing on e-commerce and branding strategy. Subsequently, Varsha joined Accenture as a Management Consultant in the Consumer Goods and Services sector before advancing to various positions at Google from June 2021 to February 2024, ultimately acting as an Analytical Consultant advising clients on media strategy and business growth. Varsha holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, and has a strong educational background in marketing and management from St. Xavier's College and other institutions.
