Vidula Alla

Vidula Alla is currently an AI/ML Fellow at Cornell University, having been selected from over 3,500 applicants for the Break Through Tech AI Program. Vidula has completed an intensive curriculum in AI and machine learning, covering topics such as deep learning, model evaluation, and natural language processing. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President Internal for the Biomedical Engineering Society at UW-Madison, where responsibilities included facilitating communication and programming for underclassmen, and Vice President External, coordinating guest speakers and enhancing the organization’s professional network. Additionally, Vidula worked as an engineering co-op at GE HealthCare, conducting comprehensive testing on anesthesia machines to ensure compliance with technical specifications. In collaboration with Google, Vidula is developing an AI-powered system that analyzes Google Trends data to assist businesses in identifying emerging topics and investment opportunities. Vidula is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with minors in Data Science and Global Health at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
