Vimal Shyamji

Vimal Shyamji is an experienced recruiting and leadership professional with a notable career in global engineering team development. Since August 2016, Vimal has served as the Global Recruiting Manager for Google Cloud Platform, overseeing the guidance and development of six managers and a team of over 100 globally matrixed recruiters. Previous roles at Google included leading recruitment for Devices & Services and building engineering teams for Google’s Pixel, Google One, and Google Store. Vimal's experience extends to coaching as a Leadership Coach with Kairos Leader since September 2019 and building technology recruitment operations as Division Director at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and a Partner at Winter Wyman.
