Vullnet Latifi

Vullnet Latifi is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across prominent organizations, currently serving as the Head of HR Market Consultants for Germany and Austria at Google since July 2025. Previously, Vullnet held several senior roles at Delivery Hero, including Senior Director of Global People Partnering - Business and Chief People & Culture Officer for Europe. Prior experience at L'Oréal included leading HR initiatives as Country Human Resources Director for Sweden, International HR Learning Director, and Human Resources Director for the Baltic region. Vullnet began the HR career at Beiersdorf and Motorola Mobility, gaining a strong foundation in employer branding and HR processes. Vullnet holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Hochschule Flensburg and completed transition management studies at IESE Business School.
