Wenjun Lu has a solid background in software engineering and technology, with significant experience in notable organizations. Wenjun began as a summer intern at the National Institutes of Health in 2007, focusing on the development of a medical telephony system that integrated the Sphinx 4 speech recognition engine with the Asterisk telephony system. In 2009, Wenjun interned at Technicolor, conducting forensic marking on H. 264 videos and performing security analysis. A subsequent internship at Google in 2010 involved working on community detection in YouTube videos within the video content analysis team. Since November 2011, Wenjun has been employed as a software engineer at Google, leveraging expertise gained from advanced education, including a B.S. in Automation from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
