Wern Li Lim is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across prestigious organizations. Wern Li Lim served as HR Leader for Mercer in the Growth Markets Region, partnering with business leaders to address employee engagement and talent needs. Previous roles include Senior Executive HR at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Wern Li Lim managed performance management and talent acquisition processes, and Manager Group Functions HR at BHP Billiton, overseeing HR for Shared Services across multiple countries. Currently, Wern Li Lim is HR Leader for Global Business Operations at Google, contributing to the organization's people strategy, as well as holding an interim role in Executive Strategy & Operations for Global Security & Resilience Services.
