Will Hart

Will Hart has extensive experience in research and corporate strategy, having begun a career at UC San Diego as a Research Analyst with the UC Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation from January 2008 to October 2011. Following this, Will Hart served as Director and later Vice President of Corporate Strategy at PSB Insights from October 2011 to December 2014. Subsequently, Will Hart held the position of Strategic Research Manager in Corporate Strategy at Microsoft from January 2015 to December 2016. Will Hart transitioned to Quadrant Strategies as Vice President of Research & Strategy from January 2020 to October 2021, before taking on the role of Global Research Lead for Government Affairs and Public Policy at Google in October 2021. Will Hart holds a degree from the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy.
