Winta Negassi

Winta Negassi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Northern Europe LCS at Google since June 2022, Winta is a vital member of the Northern European Leadership Board, focusing on organizational responsibilities. Previously, Winta held key positions at Warner Bros. Discovery as Vice President of People & Culture for the Nordics, and at Discovery Inc., progressing from HR Manager to Director of People & Culture Nordics. Winta’s career began at FiveTen Group, advancing through roles including HR Business Manager EMEA. Additionally, Winta has significant experience at Getty Images as Senior HR Manager EMEA. Winta holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management and a CIPD Diploma, both from Kingston University.
