Xiaochen Cai

Xiaochen Cai is a Senior Data Scientist at Google, with experience in data analysis and statistical research spanning nearly a decade. Prior to this role, Xiaochen served as a Statistical Research Analyst at Quantitative Risk Management from June 2014 to September 2022 and completed an internship as a Statistics Intern in Predictive Modeling at Liberty Mutual Insurance in the summer of 2013. Xiaochen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Peking University and two Master of Science degrees—one in Statistics from the University of Chicago and another in Computational Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University. In addition, Xiaochen earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biostatistics from Columbia University in the City of New York.
