Xinyu (Emily) Gao is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Xinyu's career began as a research and teaching assistant at Florida State University, where innovative work included designing a new algorithm to predict overland flow accumulation. This work was followed by a software engineer intern role at Grab, focusing on record linkage between databases to enhance user experience.
