Yonca Dervisoglu

VP, Marketing, EMEA at Google

Yonca is the VP of Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Google. She's been at Google for more than 12 years, oversees teams in 35 countries, and is responsible for marketing everything from hardware to consumer apps to ads platforms. Yonca cofounded Google Arts and Culture, and she's behind the initiative which has trained 7.5M people to date across EMEA in digital skills and will help 1M find a job or grow their business by 2020 - for which Google has received two awards from the European Commission. Prior to Google, she spent just under a decade at Unilever and four years at Yahoo!. She's on the Heineken Supervisory Board, The Serpentine Galleries Innovation Circle, Brookings Institute Global Leadership Council, Natural History Museum Advisory Board, Founders Forum Accelerate Her Advisory Board, and a fellow of the Marketing Society. Yonca is an expert tarot card reader and apple connoisseur, and she has an entire closet full of Burning Man attire. She lives with her two daughters in London.
