Yuiko Noda

Yuiko Noda is an accomplished professional in government affairs and public policy, with extensive experience at leading organizations. At Google from January 2022 to December 2023, Yuiko served as Lead for YouTube Government Affairs & Public Policy, focusing on policy initiatives with government stakeholders and previously managed government relations for YouTube. Prior to Google, Yuiko held multiple roles at Visa, culminating as Director of Government Relations, where efforts were directed toward stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy. Additionally, Yuiko contributed as a Fellow at the World Economic Forum's Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and worked as an Executive Associate at Kreab Gavin Anderson. Early career experiences include managing media relations at the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Yuiko holds a Master of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Economics from Aoyama Gakuin University.
