Zeyu Sun

Zeyu Sun is an experienced machine learning professional with a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Science from Peking University and multiple degrees from the University of Michigan, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Zeyu has held various roles, including Research Intern at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where a data-adaptive bus selection algorithm was developed, and Graduate Intern at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, focusing on finite-element simulations of Partial Differential Equations. As an Applied Scientist Intern at Amazon, improvements were made to hierarchical classification algorithms, resulting in enhanced accuracy and reduced data processing times. Currently, Zeyu serves as a Machine Learning Software Engineer at Google and has also contributed to academia as a Graduate Student Instructor and Research Assistant.
