Zizhen Jiang has extensive experience in research and software engineering within the field of electrical and electronics engineering. At Stanford University, Zizhen served as a Research Assistant from September 2012 to April 2020, contributing to projects on RRAM compact modeling, machine learning-based memory performance prediction, and the design of ultra-dense memory architectures. Zizhen also held roles as a Teaching Assistant and Course Grader, focusing on interactive device design and analog integrated circuit design. Prior research internships include a position at imec, where low-current RRAM characteristics were studied, and an internship at SanDisk, where Zizhen characterized transistors for 3D NAND flash. Zizhen's academic background includes a Ph.D. and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Peking University. Currently, Zizhen Jiang works as a Software Engineer at Google since April 2020.
