Frédéric Pomerleau

Frédéric Pomerleau has a diverse work history in the field of programming and game development. Frédéric is currently working as a Senior Programmer at Goose Byte since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at TLM Partners, Inc. as a Generalist Programmer from September 2020 to June 2022.

Frédéric also had a brief stint at Redpill VR Canada in August 2020, where they joined right before a mass layoff occurred, resulting in most of the team moving to TLM Partners.

Before TLM Partners, Frédéric worked at Elastic Games Inc as a Programmer from January 2018 to August 2020. Frédéric also gained experience at Minority Media Inc. as a Programmer from June 2016 to December 2017, and at Blue Lizard Games as a Junior Game Programmer from April 2015 to May 2016.

Frédéric's career began with an internship at Ubisoft Montréal as an Intern - Generalist Programmer from November 2014 to March 2015.

Frédéric Pomerleau's education history begins in 2002, where they attended École secondaire Charles-Gravel for an undetermined field of study. Frédéric completed a program called "Programme élèves performants" at this school, which presumably denotes a program for high-achieving students.

From 2008 to 2011, Frédéric studied at Cegep de Chicoutimi, where they obtained a DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) in Science de la nature.

Frédéric then joined Université du Québec à Chicoutimi from 2011 to 2014, majoring in video game programming and minoring in computer science. Frédéric earned a Bachelor's degree in this field of study.
