Currently serving as the EVP and Chief Technology Officer at Goosehead Insurance Agency, Justin has previously held significant positions such as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Sabre Hospitality Solutions, Vice President at HMS, and VP/CTO at Unum. Additionally, Justin was the Chief Information Officer at Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Justin Ricketts holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington and has further enhanced managerial skills through education at Harvard Business School.
