Kathleen Bratton has experience in guest service and engagement roles. Kathleen has worked at The Walt Disney Company as part of the Disney College Program, focusing on providing excellent guest service and upholding Disney's culture. Additionally, Kathleen has experience as an Engagement Ambassador at The Association of Former Students, where Kathleen successfully raised funds and contacted alumni. Kathleen's previous roles also include working as a Pool Attendant and Beverage Cart Attendant at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. Kathleen holds a degree in Communication from Texas A&M University.
