Megan Kolar is a seasoned professional in recruitment and education with a diverse background. Currently, as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Goosehead Insurance Agency since October 2020, Megan has progressed through various roles including Corporate Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at Fayetteville Montessori School, where Megan supported the lead teacher and independently supervised classes, facilitating educational activities that enhanced students' interpersonal skills. Earlier in 2018, Megan served as a Hostess at Del Frisco's Grille, managing guest interactions and dining reservations.
